On November 19, 2009 RiskMetrics Group issued its policy updates for 2010. I’ll review and post more information about them, but wanted to let folks know that they are out. SEC Updates Regulation S-K C&DIs on 10/26/09

Well, I’ve now seen enough RiskMetrics (RMG) models after the 9/1/2009 quarterly lock-in date that I can tell you that there is trouble brewing.
