This morning ISS released its 2011 Burn Rate Caps. A little later in the day ISS issued a corrected version of the 2011 Burn Rate Caps to address some issues with the non-Russell 3000 company burn rate caps.

I will be reviewing these burn rate caps over the next couple of days and hope to post an analysis shortly of changes in the caps from the prior 2 years, as well as the impact of the new 2% governor on changes in burn rate caps.
