I’m a bit late in mentioning this, but earlier this summer myStockOptions.com reached its 10 year anniversary of helping employees understand their equity awards. In the words of Bruce Brumberg, Co-Founder and Editor-in-Chief of myStockOptions.com:
www.myStockOptions.com reached the 10 year milestone as a website in June. It launched at the what turned out to be the high point of employee stock options and the dot.com boom. It survived and evolved as equity compensation changed to cover all types of stock grants, with engaging content, tools, and self-study courses on restricted stock, stock options, performance shares, SARs, and ESPPs.
While it was created for employees with its financial planning and tax focus, it has also developed a strong following with professionals in HR, finance, compensation, and legal areas. Its editorial content and tools have won many awards, plus a US patent. For an interesting take by the site’s editors on how equity compensation has evolved since the site started, read the article on the site: “Five Major Developments In Equity Compensation Of The Past Decade.” http://fb.me/Dciyw1Ru
