Ed Hauder of Exequity to Speak at NASPP Annual Conference
I am pleased to announce that I have been selected as a key speaker for the upcoming “18th Annual NASPP Conference,” to be held in Chicago from September 20-23.
I will participate in the panel “A Successful Journey: Creating a State-of-the-Art Equity Plan,” which will use a case study approach to examine the process of creating a new equity plan, working with proxy advisors, and ultimately receiving shareholder approval for the plan.
I have worked with hundreds of companies (public and private) and have extensive experience in all areas of executive and director compensation, including RiskMetrics Group (ISS) modeling, institutional investor analysis, corporate and governance issues related to compensation and have helped numerous companies stay out of the penalty box with their investors. I have spoken frequently at past NASPP Conferences, webcasts and other programs and also maintain this blog focused on equity compensation issues.
