With the many anticipated changes to the market and the regulatory landscape for governance, we are focusing on your fundamental views and priorities regarding a small number of key corporate governance issues. Thus, this year’s survey is significantly shorter and simpler than in prior years, with just 29 high-level questions on the most important topics.
