In reviewing the portions of the survey that relate to the United States Market, none of the questions deal explicitly with compensation issues. Instead, the questions focus on ISS reaction to multi-class capital structures, how long is appropriate to allow newly public companies to unwind problematic governance structures, and diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I).
The ISS policy survey will remain open through 5 p.m. Eastern on August 31, 2022.
