This page contains a number of Excel spreadsheets and other tools developed by Ed Hauder to assist companies with different aspects of their equity compensation plans — from understanding their burn rates and dilution to figuring out share usage projections and how long a share pool might last. If you use these tools and find them helpful, please let Ed know. Additionally, if you can think of any way that these tools can be improved or you would like to see a new type of tool, let Ed know too.
NOTE: Best technique is to Right Click on the link to the document you’d like, then select SAVE AS and save the file to your local drive before opening.
This is especially important if you are using Internet Explorer since it doesn’t recognize the extenstions for the 2007 file versions quite right. Using FireFox, you shouldn’t have an issue just clicking on the link and opening.
